Our Term and Condition

We  will  working  whenever  the  customer  needs, with Maximum  of  12  hours  per  day,

We will work for a Minimum time period of  5  hours  in each engagement.  If we are required to work less than this time  period, Payment will be  for the full 5  hours   or   
Will be Charge to Casual Babysitting Service

A Full Working day is 8 hours. Any hour in excess of 8 hours on a any particular day, is an  
Overtime Hour

We will work for a Maximum of  12 hours  Each engagement. If  we  are  required to work More Than 12 hours per day  ( Not Live In ) , With a Maximum 14 Hours Per day  Payment will be for 
 “  FULL  DAY SERVICE  “

We will care for the children of one customer only and can  handlel maximum 2 children 

( Ages one of  them  must  3 years up  ).

And can handlel maximum 3 children  BUT  age two of them Must 5 years up

If there is more than two or three children ( same parents )  an additional fee of 

IDR  30.000  Per hour will be charged Per child.

During workings periods over 5 hours it is expected that the customer will provide the nanny with a simple meal, if the customer is unable to provide a meal at the Hotel / Villa, the Nanny will provide their own meals and the customer will be charges and invoiced A meal fee as follows :

For 5 - 8 hrs working period - 1 X Meal fee

For 10 - 12 hrs  working period - 2 X Meal fee

For nannies appointed to a “Live in” working period - 3 X Meal fee

For  every time I Have to travel  ”  To  “   and  “  From  “   the place of work  a Transport  fee  
will be invoiced.

Kuta / Seminyak / Tuban Area , The Transport Fee : IDR  25.000

Jimbaran / Nusa Dua / Uluwatu / Area , The Transport Fee : IDR 60.000

Ubud / Sanur Area , The Transport Fee : IDR  50.000

If you unlaterally cancel Less Than 24 hours of the day that has been agreed, Then you will be charged
a cencellation fee of  IDR 250.000 – Per Cancellation

The Booking Deposit is 30  % of the estimated hours and session charges of Holiday Nanny Services to be provided.

For Live In Services , The Booking deposit is ( usually ) 50 % of the estimated hours and session charges of Bali Nanny Services. 

Payment of the booking deposit does not constitute final payment and the final invoice will be a complete record of all service fees and costs accrued less the initial booking deposit.

If you unlaterally cancel  Less Than 24 hours  OR  IF any of the hours booked are not used, they are still required to be paid for in full, as the nanny has been made available for you for that time.

THE  BOOKING  DEPOSIT   IS  NON-REFUNDABLE 

Payment of the Deposit is through Western Union

SERVICE OFFERED

CASUAL  NANNY  SERVICE  :

For families that require lots of flexibility and hours from their nanny.
Casual Nanny Service requires you to book a minimum of 25 hours which can be used over  3 - 5 consecutive days.

Please specify the date and times required for the first day. The remaining days can then be arranged with the nanny.

The nanny can work more than 25 hours over the 3 - 5 days, if they are required.
The nanny IS NOT  Booked to any other family if you choose this option, meaning you have the nanny at your disposal for the days you book in 

Times can be from 8am to 12am. Shifts must be a minimum of  5 hours Per Day and a maximum of  14 hours Per Day

For the Casual Nanny Service  we take  NON-REFUNDABLE  40% DEPOSIT   

on all Bookings
Our Casual Nanny Service Rates are IDR 60.000 Per Hour

CASUAL  BABYSITTING  SERVICE :

For families that require individual dates, half days or night time babysitting.
The specific dates and times are required in advanced to secure your nanny.  Your nanny can be made available for a minimum of 

3 hours and a maximum of 12 hours. These can be booked from 8am - 12am. OR  

We can be “ On Call “ whenever you need with a Notice atleast 4 hours in advance
With this package the nanny is not exclusive to one family and may be made available to others, depending on the shift pattern you require.
Our Casual Babysitting Service Rates are IDR 75.000 Per Hour

Our Overtime Fee Babysitting Service  →  IDR  85.000 Per Hours 

 ( Every hour more than 8 hours on the same day )

Over Night Babysitting Service → ( approx start from 6 pm ) 

→ Use a Minimum of 10 hours Per Night
→ Price : IDR 700.000 Per Night ( 10 hours )
→ Price : IDR 850.000 Per Night ( 12 hours )

Live In ( 24/7 ) Service → The Nanny Will Stay with You at Yyour Hotel / Villas 

→  Price : IDR  1.000.000 Per Day

IF any of the hours booked are not used, they are still required to be paid for in full, as the nanny has been made available for you for that time.

NOTE :   

 *  Fee  for 1 children up to 3  children ( see the term and condition below )

 * ALL Service Fee’s INCLUDE Activities ( craft  &  games ) for Kids ages 4 years Up

Additional costs :
Extra Children → IDR 30.000 Per Hour , Per Child ( the 3rd or 4th child – Up )

Transport → depending on the region Per Coming
